Masonic Reach SMS sends transactional member-operations notices to Freemasons who create an account in the Masonic Reach member app (masonicreach.com) and opt in to SMS. Typical messages include meeting and degree reminders, account notices, and similar app alerts when SMS is enabled.
This Campaign is not for marketing promotions, advertising, or charity solicitations. We do not send promotional or fundraising SMS under this program.
OTP / verification codes are sent through a separate Twilio Verify path and are not part of this A2P Campaign. These Program Terms cover Campaign member-ops notices.
Member-ops SMS under this program may be initiated only by authorized roles:
Recipients are lodge members and district officers who have opted in. We do not use purchased lists or third-party lead lists.
You opt in through the Masonic Reach app or website by providing your mobile phone number and giving affirmative consent to receive SMS from Masonic Reach for account and lodge notices (for example, agreeing to a consent line such as: “I agree to receive SMS from Masonic Reach for verification and account notices.”).
SMS for notifications is opt-in and default off until you consent. Providing a number without consent does not enroll you in Masonic Reach SMS Campaign messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the short code or long code from which you receive messages (including +1 803 302 3004). After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive Masonic Reach SMS Campaign messages. You may rejoin later by opting in again in the app.
You may also disable SMS preferences in the Masonic Reach app where available, or email masonicreach.admin@gmail.com.
For help, text HELP to the number from which you receive messages, email masonicreach.admin@gmail.com, or call +1 803 302 3004. Sixth District members may also contact District Admin through the app’s administrative path.
Message frequency varies based on your lodge and district activity and the notices authorized senders need to deliver (for example, reminders around meetings or degrees). You will not receive a fixed number of messages per day or week.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details. Masonic Reach does not charge a separate fee for receiving program SMS; carrier charges are your responsibility.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your device, carrier network, or service availability. Compatible carriers typically include major U.S. wireless carriers; availability may change.
We treat your mobile number and SMS-related data as described in our Privacy Policy: https://masonicreach.com/privacy. We do not sell your phone number. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Messages may be sent from +1 803 302 3004 (or the Messaging Service number pool associated with Masonic Reach Member Alerts). Save this number if you wish to recognize program traffic.
You must be the authorized user of the mobile number you provide and of legal age to consent to receive SMS. The program is intended for adult Freemasons and authorized officers using Masonic Reach.
We may update these Program Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or SMS where appropriate. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required.
